Privacy Policy
We are pleased that you have chosen to use the Ron StageMaster application
(hereinafter: "the Application"), operated by Eilon Engineering Ltd., registration no.
513046276 (hereinafter: "the Company").
For convenience, the terms are written in the masculine form, but they apply equally
to women.
The Company respects the privacy of the users of this Application, which it has
established, manages, and operates. The terms in this document constitute the
Company's privacy policy regarding privacy protection, and the Company commits to
the user to adhere to this policy.
The purpose of this policy is to explain the Company's practices regarding user
privacy and how the Company uses the information provided by users or collected by
the Company during the use of the Application.
These terms apply to the use of the Application and the services included therein via
any mobile communication device (e.g., mobile phone, laptop, tablet, etc.). They also
apply to the use of the Application via the internet (wired or wireless) or any other
communication network or means.
By using the Application, you agree to the terms set out below.
1. Registration to the Application and Providing Details as a Prerequisite
for Use
a. Use of the Application is possible through prior registration.
b. If you choose to use the Application, you will be required to provide
personal details, including: email address, password selection, personal
information such as phone number, first and last name, address, city, etc.
c. You must provide accurate, correct, and complete details, and you hereby
confirm the accuracy of the details provided. The data you provide will be
stored by the Company. Incorrect details and/or failure to provide all required
details may prevent you from using the services of the Application.
2. Permissions List
a. According to the permissions you have granted, we collect information from
the mobile phones or other devices on which you install or access the
Application's services.
b. We may link information we collect from your different devices, helping us
provide you with consistent services across all devices. Examples of the types
of information we collect include:
o Device characteristics such as operating system, hardware version,
device settings, file and software names and types, battery strength,
signal strength, and device identifiers.
o Device locations, including specific geographic locations obtained via
GPS, Bluetooth, or Wi-Fi signals.
o Connection details such as mobile carrier or internet service provider,
browser type, language, time zone, mobile phone number, and IP
address.
c. By downloading the Application, you grant it permission to access
the following data on your device, as detailed below:
o Reading text messages (SMS and MMS).
o Modifying or deleting content from the device.
o Accessing other applications on the device.
o Information about apps running in the background.
o Access to the microphone.
o Access to the GPS and Wi-Fi location of the device.
o Access to the camera and taking photos.
o Making phone calls, reading phone status, and identity.
o Full access to the network.
o Reading the call log and contacts list.
o Changing system settings.
o Access to the device's vibration function and preventing the device
from going into sleep mode.
o Access to the status bar.
o Running during startup.
o Receiving internet data and viewing network connections.
o Access to the list of accounts on the device, including accounts created
by other apps.

3. Information Security in the Application
a. The Company respects users' privacy and operates security systems to
protect the information provided by them. Despite security efforts, absolute
certainty that the information will not be exposed in case of a system or server
breach cannot be guaranteed.
b. The user agrees that the Company will not be held liable for any
information exposure in the event of an Application or server breach,
including information disclosed as a result of the Permissions List. The user
waives any demand, claim, or complaint against the Company for this.
4. Data Storage and Use by the Company
a. The Company may retain the information provided by the user in its
databases.
b. The data collected will be stored in the Company's database and under its
responsibility.
c. The Company may use the information subject to this privacy policy or as
required by law.
d. The data collected will be used to provide the requested services, improve
and enrich the services and content offered, and modify or cancel existing
services and content, as well as for purchasing products and services.
e. The Company may occasionally send the user communications via available
means, including email, SMS, or push notifications, regarding its services.
This will be done with the user's explicit consent, which can be revoked at any
time by contacting customer service or directly emailing the Company at
info@eilon-engineering.com.
f. The user agrees and confirms that they have no claim against the Company
for the use of their information as stated above.
5. Disclosure of Information to Third Parties
a. The Company may grant access to the information in its databases or
transfer it to third parties to provide the requested services and improve the
Application's services.
b. According to the Privacy Protection Law, 1981, every person has the right
to view the information held about them in a database. A person who has
viewed the information and found it incorrect, incomplete, unclear, or
outdated may request that the database owner correct or delete it.
c. You may share actions you take in the Application on Facebook or other
social networks using "SHARE" or "LIKE" buttons. We will not share
personal information with Facebook or other networks. However, they may
cross-reference this information with existing data through your profile.
d. Beyond the above, the Company will not transfer your personal information
or activity data to third parties except in the following cases:
o If you violate the terms of use.
o If you act illegally on the site.
o If a court order requires the disclosure of your information to a third
party.
o If the Company's operations are transferred to another entity through
sale or merger, provided that the new entity agrees to comply with this
privacy policy.
6. Third-Party Data Collection
a. The Company may use third-party software for content and services within
the Application.
b. These third-party software may collect location data, existing application
data, and statistical usage data.
c. By using the Application, the user consents to the collection of information
by third-party software.

the user's interests or demographic group.

b. The use of cookies by these companies is subject to their privacy policies,
not the privacy policy of the Application.

version in the Application.
